In June 2016, the prestigious label Newtopia requested the construction of 2 studios and a vocal booth with specific conditions: a high rate of technology with biometric control system, top-level acoustic treatment with custom aesthetic finishes, motorized screens, and delivery of the turnkey studio in terms of technical setup/equipment setup, possibility to build the studio during the renovation of the outdoor environment, design of dedicated air exchange/air conditioning for each room.
